Nearby Park Features The 15+ acres of Bruce Starker Arts Park features four stationary picnic tables overlooking a large duck pond. The pond's fountain normally operates year-round from about 6 AM to 8 PM daily. In order to encourage appropriate migration, guests are prohibited from feeding the wildlife. The parks' play equipment
